Aerobics



Reflection

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training and also improves us flexibility, muscular strength, and Cardio-vascular fitness.

On the 12th of august,  our whole class assembled on the grounds and formed an even formation. 
We had already been told that we have an aerobic exercise in the evening and we were all excited because we are doing this for the first time. There were two dance teachers to guide us. The teacher told us to do some warm up exercise to strengthen our muscles. After the warm up one of the dance teacher told us do the steps as he is doing and we tried to copy him but he did it very fast so, everyone stopped and we told the sir to do it slowly.Then after learning some steps the music started playing and it was a Hindi song and our teacher started counting the counts for the each steps and we were able to do it but there was no proper coordination within us so, we repeated this  until we do this with proper coordination and we did this same steps for almost 10 times. I  concentrated a lot because dance wasn't exactly my area of expertise.  The movements were very precise and it took time for me to master them fully. That was when I learned myself to be patient and not angry. We stretched to our fullest and laughed so loud while doing so. After we learned the steps fully we were able to do it properly with the music and proper teamwork because we helped each other.

It was entirely fun doing these kind of activities and we learned to be patient and also we reached our goal by improving some elements of fitness.
